Parking
Is parking available?
Yes, we have two possibilities, insured and kept about 1.5 km from the property. Upon arrival you can stop momentarily in front of the hotel to unload your luggage. A shuttle service is offered at any time of your stay.
Is parking paid?
No, all our services are included in the hotel rate

Is there wifi in the hotel?
The structure is totally covered by fiber optics to be able to navigate freely and for free
Restaurant
What are the restaurant opening hours?
Breakfast is served from 8.00 to 10.00, while lunch and dinner are served in two shifts, to offer greater flexibility and space in the dining room: 12.30 and 13.30 for lunch, and 19.30-20.30 for dinner.
Is the service served at the table or buffet style?
For breakfast we offer a large sweet and savory buffet, with the super-automatic Cimbali machine that will prepare excellent coffees, cappuccinos and hot chocolates using fresh local milk and freshly ground coffee beans. Lunch and dinner are served at the table.
What if I want other dishes than those proposed?
There is the possibility of requesting variations (free of charge) with respect to the double choice of meat and fish, in order to satisfy even the needs of the youngest guests. Possibility of having vegetarian dishes on request.
The beach
Do you have an agreement with the beach?
We have an agreement with the two beach establishments in front of the hotel. With the all inclusive package you will have 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds included, excluding the first two rows.
Can I choose the place on the beach?
The beach is not our property and we cannot choose the location, but you can communicate your preferences directly to the managers of the establishments to find the best possible solution based on availability.
Can I bring the dog to the beach?
Bathroom 39 accepts small-medium sized animals, dedicating a part of the beach to them.

Since when is the room available?
The room is available approximately from 12pm on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
What if I arrive early?
In case of early arrival (after 8am) you can easily leave your suitcases at the property, park the car and immediately use the beach, so as not to miss even a moment of the sea. The room will be assigned as soon as possible!
If I miss a meal, can I make up for it?
Meals not consumed during the holiday will not be deducted, but replacement pocket lunches will be offered.
Is the tourist tax applied?
No, the municipality of Bellaria does not provide for a tourist tax.
What are the booking confirmation and cancellation conditions?
To confirm the booking, a deposit of €200 is required, to be paid by bank transfer, postal order or Satispay.
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will not be lost! A voucher will be issued which can be used in other periods, based on availability.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments in cash, debit cards, credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro), bank transfer and Satispay.
Do you accept animals in the hotel?
Yes, we accept small pets. They have free access to the structure, except the dining room. For additional cleaning, a flat rate contribution of 20 euros in total is required.
How much does Sky cost in the room?
We offer the complete package (sky vision gold) in the rooms free of charge to all customers.
What are the extra paid services in the all-inclusive formula?
All our services are included in the rates. The all-inclusive formula also includes beach service and drinks with meals. Consumption at the bar and some types of superior wines remain extra.
